BIUSTOapka aims to cultivate healthy habits regarding breast care from an early age. It serves as a comprehensive resource for regular breast self-examinations and the importance of wearing a well-fitting bra.

The application features an interactive step-by-step guide, detailing what to pay attention to during breast self-exams and how to execute them properly. Moreover, BIUSTOapka provides monthly reminders for users on the optimal time to perform these self-examinations.

In addition, it offers practical information concerning breast development, structure, appearance, and promotes a body-positive attitude towards breasts among teenagers and young women.

BIUSTOapka includes a video tutorial on bra fitting and proper bra wearing techniques. It presents a handy collection of insights regarding what to do when a bra does not fit correctly. The application ensures a stress-free bra shopping experience by providing crucial details about various bra styles, the quantity of bras needed for everyday use, and must-have items for one's lingerie collection. Users will also learn how to maintain their bras for long-lasting use.

Additionally, BIUSTOapka contains a search feature for trusted local bra-fitting stores operating under the Support at Start Foundation, which assist in selecting the right bra and readily share information on how to care for breast health.

Through the application, users can also arrange breast health educational talks at their schools or workplaces and order educational materials related to breast awareness.

This application was developed by the Support at Start Foundation, which has been conducting educational initiatives in schools and other institutions across Poland for several years, promoting the idea of body positivity regarding breasts. BIUSTOapka was created with support from the Touch=Win campaign, organized annually by the lingerie brand Panache. Funds raised through recycling old bras and selling fundraiser tickets contributed to the creation of this unique application focused on comprehensive breast health care.
